# Views and visible fields

Switch list views, choose and reorder visible fields, inspect details, and copy IDs.

## Switch views

Use the view buttons above a list. Hover over an icon to see its name.

| List                  | Available views                            |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Projects and scenes | **Tiles**, **Table** |
| Jobs | **Tiles**, **Table**, **Big Cards** |
| Frames in an open job | **Grid**, **Table**, **Bars**, **Gallery** |

**Big Cards** gives each job more space for its details. For frame views and the player, see [Review and approve frames](/docs/web-app/review-and-approve-frames.md).

## Choose visible fields

Click **Fields** above the list, then select the details you want to see. The choices depend on the list and view: for example, scene details include the renderer, while job details include the tier and cost.

In **Table**, drag selected fields by their handles to change the column order. At least one field must remain selected.

Each view keeps its own field choices. Switching from **Tiles** to **Table** does not replace the fields you chose for tiles.

## Open the details panel

Double-click a project, scene, or job to open it. Its details appear in the panel on the left. Click the item's name at the top of the page to reopen the panel if it is hidden, or use **Open attributes panel** at the bottom of its list.

Use **Attributes** to inspect its properties. Other tabs depend on the item; for example, a scene has [Versions](/docs/web-app/scenes-and-versions.md#choose-a-version).

## Copy an ID

In an open item's details panel, click its ID beneath the name. The control shows **Copied** after copying it to your clipboard.

You can also enable **ID** in **Fields** and click the displayed ID in a tile, table row, or job's **Big Cards** card.

Use the copied ID to [find the item in search](/docs/web-app/search.md#find-by-name-or-id) or identify it when [asking for support](/docs/help/get-support.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://know.rendernetwork.com/docs/web-app/views.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
