What is an ORBX?

Understanding the emerging 3D file format
Across different 3D modeling and graphics software tools, there is not one standard file format, which makes the transfer of information across platforms difficult and prone to error.
That's where ORBX comes in. ORBX is an open-source file format that is designed to encode all elements of 3D scenes and transfer easily between platforms. ORBX is the standard file format used on the Render Network for all scenes. For more information on creating an ORBX, see the following:
